Only good on the first 5 minutesHear me out. After registering your product, Omneky does a great job on the FIRST 3 Image ads. The 10+ image ads they're generating takes forever. The storyboard feature promises a 2 minute creation but 24 hours passed, it's still nothing. They just take the credits without generating the requested content and launching the ads yielded no results.After seeing the reviews here, I've decided to cancel the subscription and my payment information was still visible which is an ultimate red flag. Be extremely careful with this shady company. Highly not recommended to work with.
I signed up for the 7-day free trial and canceled the subscription when I realized the service did not meet my needs. The subscription was marked as canceled.However, the charge did not go through at the end of the trial due to insufficient funds and was automatically retried days later, once funds were added to my card. As a result, I was charged USD 99 for a service I was no longer using.Customer support simply refers to their policy and refuses to issue a refund, offering only account credit, which is not useful if you do not plan to continue using the service.What is especially concerning is that there is no option on the platform to remove a saved credit card, leaving users without proper control over their payment methods and exposed to potential future charges.I recommend being very cautious with billing and payment settings before trying this service.
Signed up for a free trial and the outputs were absolutely terrible, tried to connect to support multiple times and it doesnt exist. They also have a ticketing system that appears to be completely fake and makes you jump through hoops to sign up for atlassian just to message them, and then they ignore you. I recommended staying away and not trusting these people with your money
