Review Time
I recieved a gift card around two years ago as a birthday present from a friend. I remembered I had it and when I went to peel the tape off the back to read the pin, half the numbers came off. I know the pin is needed to do anything on these cards, but I wanted to at least contact customer service and ask if there was anything I could do. When I called, the first thing I noticed was that nothing they asked was relevant to my problem and there was no "if none of these apply to you press this button". Secondly, I picked the closest thing to what the situation was (card wasn't working but proof of receipt) and I explained to the lady what was going on and she hung up on me. I am severely disappointed by my first experience with the customer service and I hope this never happens to anyone else.

Incredibly inconvenient to use and partners not as advertised. I spent multiple hours to get them to work for something of use. I paid my dad for them as he couldn't use them for Kayo even though it was advised.It was a gift so next time I'll be giving cash... never again!!!
I think this is a brilliant way to send a money gift which folk can use on the High Street.The process to purchase was a little tortuous. Why is 'Company' a required field for sender & recipient??!! No address finder. No option to use Google Pay. Need to generally improve the purchase payment process.
Cards don't work anywhere and no customer service. Swipe it and the machines don't recognise them. Also some online retailers don't accept multiple gift cards so you can use multi at once. This gift has cost me over an hour in time, and frustrated me to no end
