The sales representatives are very easy to deal with. Kathleen has great knowledge of the products, gives good advise, she is always polite, cheerful and helpful. We have dealt with this company with products in our previous house and throughout our current renovations. We are looking froward to the installation of our latest order.
Right from initial measure and quote by Liz, to the installation on Wednesday, it was a breeze. All the information was supplied and any further questions we (I) had were thoroughly answered. The screens look fantastic & adds value to the house. PLUS the installer tidied up after completion. We had, 2 double windows and a 4-panel window rescreened with the "steel mesh" (change from the old style fly screens. I am appalled by the the business strategy of this company. Joe Grima who is the manager of the manufacturing I believe us a rude incompetent worker not interested in providing proper work to customer satisfaction.also seems he is the main decision maker of the business as the administration and management is not able to retrain or correct his ill diplomacy or make him to change business strategy.Thank to Cassandra who put a great effort being in a middle of the hustle.Yet not even her or the management were able to change anything. Joe Grima is the one that runs all of them by the look of it.AVOID or you regret it like I did, and I was a long term customer.
My 3rd time using this company. Did all doors and window in my unit, couple of years ago did back sliding door at Townhouse, plus two windows of Clearshield. Also one cat proof flyscreen on a window upstairs. Now doing front door and front window, no complaints, product is great.
