Poor delivery service and poor communication. Waited for my order for 11-12 days only for it to be returned back. They spent more than a month before responding to my email about the reason it was not delivered. Kudos to them all.

Oraimo has the worst customer support I’ve ever seen in my life.

I wanted to try their products, but when I selected 3 items, they were all out of stock. I contacted customer support to ask whether they would be available soon or if I should look for another brand.They replied with only three words, as if I was begging them, and the reply didn’t even answer my question. When I asked again for clarification, they completely ignored me.Honestly, I think this is a good thing because I didn’t buy anything yet. A company that doesn’t respect its customers doesn’t deserve them. I was excited to try their products, but now I’m actually glad I didn’t.In many companies, customer support staff are the reason for success or failure. This is clearly a failure of management and lack of proper monitoring.I challenge Oraimo to reply to this comment, because I couldn’t find a single response from them to other customer complaints here either. What a joke.

I am honestly disappointed

I am honestly disappointed. This is the second unit I received after exchanging the first faulty one. The power bank drains fast and behaves abnormally within just a few months of use. It does not perform like a real 20000mAh capacity. Buyers should be careful where they purchase from.
