I truly appreciate their business. I can give them more than 5 stars if I can. There are so many online shopping sites for European formula but It's hard to find a company royal to the customer. During the course of feeding formula to my baby, I had two incidents of lost packages. One I used previously doesn't respond or take responsibility for the missing package. I had to repurchase the formula and pay an additional $100 shipping fee to receive the formula the next day. On top of that, they are supportive up until I purchase the formula and turn around right after. I panicked when I found out there is another missing package. However, Organic Baby Food Shop respond right away and sent me the new set of formulas while searching for the missing package. It would be ideal not having this incident. But through this experience, I could tell this company is truly thinking about the customers and their families. Needless to say, my baby loves HIPP and I like the ingredients that they used. Because this is for your baby food, I would go for this company where you can trust.
