Always great customer service with Organic Baby Food Shot. Orders are fulfilled insanely fast and usually shipped within 24 hours of ordering. I've ordered the Hipp formula, and it's worked great for our baby. Really appreciate that if I ever have a question, it's always answered with urgency.
My 10 month old daughter really likes the Hipp formula! We've tried other organically made, USA brands but I found that they were sort of "chunky" even when mixed. Hipp does not do that, it comes out smooth after mixing. My shipments have arrived as expected. I plan to keep purchasing from Organic Baby Food Shop while my daughter is drinking formula.
This shop is amazing and I’m so thankful I found them. I did so much research for my baby girl on which formula to give, especially with her allergy to dairy and soy. Holle Goat formula has saved us, which means she can sleep because her stomach isn’t upset, and then I can sleep. When a previous supplier shut down, I panicked on where to access this formula from... I found Organic Baby Food Shop and put in a desperate order as we were so low on our supply. The shipping was incredibly fast. I ordered at 9pm at night, and around 3am I already had an email about the order being prepared for shipment. The delivery came two days later, so much faster than I expected and the shipping was free. I highly recommend ordering through them it’s been a great experience.
