The entire experience was good from asking initial questions to placing the order. We received the carpet in a reasonable time and in good condition and the quality is exceptional. We are planning to buy more that we see how good the quality is.

I liked that it is for high traffic areas, indoor/outdoor and didn't have the high ridges like our old rugs; that were problematic when vacuuming. When comparing the price to what I found on another site, Ultimate Mats had the best price. They are custom cut for each order so I understood why the shipping may take a few weeks.
