There is no way to get in touch with them. I do not recommend this shop. Poor post-purchase support, refund errors, and zero accountability when things go wrong.

Ballerinas of different colour shade

I have ordered ballerinas in sale, I was happy about fast shipping, but the ballerinas have got visibly different shade of beige colour, impossible to wear… I have written the claim, but nobody has answered, even that they accept it… very sad about this, still hoping Otrium could solve this inconvenience to change my experience

Return option disappeared after 50…

Return option disappeared after 50 days, 60 days after receiving the package is stated multiple times on the homepage. The bot from the help center claimed to forward my problem but nothing happened after three days. Have to take legal actions unfortunately. I hope i will receive an answer at least here so we can resolve the problem.EDIT: I received a response and could send everything back. However, for now I received not the whole money back. Still waiting, will change the rating, if everything resolves.

Excellent price and speedy delivery.

Having read some of the negative reviews I was very nervous about using this company. However, my experience has been positive. I ordered White Stuff trousers on 20th January and they arrived on 23rd January. They are the genuine article and were an excellent price.

I finally got my refund; overall a very good service.

I finally got my refund. Was a little worried as I had waited nearly a month for even an update on my return but after contacting support via their contact form, Aline expedited my case and I was refunded within 2 days, the correct amount. They did say Christmas returns would take longer so I guess they were a little more inundated than anticipated in the new year!Anyway, I'm overall happy with their service, they obviously are a legitimate business and you can get some great deals. After ordering, the clothes were received here in the UK within the advertised timeframe and were as described. They were of good quality and genuine (returned items were only due to being unliked by the gift recipient). I would use again.
