I ordered an LK Bennett shirt from Otrium. It took a while to get here (it was Christmas so that was understandable) but I then had an email from Otrium saying it had been delivered but it hadn't. I then spent ages tracking the package down and it turned out it hadn't been delivered which was confusing. I sent an enquiry via their help page. No reply. They say their customer services is open 2pm-4pm so tried every day but no luck - apparently no one available. So the package arrived today but the product isn't of the quality I expected so I am trying to send it back. But guess what? The returns system isn't working. I have tried many times but no luck.... so, I could do a paper return but that says I need to attach the DHL returns form to the original packing but there is NO DHL label in the package so.... I now have no idea how to return this package.... unbelievableHERE IS AN UPDATE as I don't seem to be able to reply to their message on this Forum - not it hasn't worked out. I cannot return the item and so I want to get my money back. If you do not make that an option ie to return my item - I will go to the Small Claims Court
Unfortunately Otrium has been a terrible experience. Just like the other poor reviews, nothing has arrived on an order made one month ago- and no response to any of my requests.It seems to be a case of Otrium taking your money and running. I’ve contacted Otrium’s ‘customer services’ multiple times over the past month but have received absolutely zero response.
Placed an order on the 24th December, had an update saying it is on its way with royal mail, tracking says they still haven't received it from the company. I have tried numerous times to contact this company via their chat service, only to get an automated email with the tracking details, I then replied to this and sent more messages through their contact page, to get no reply other than the same email reply.It is impossible to speak to anyone at this company, I didn't want to leave this bad review but was given no other options. I will wait another 14 days then request my money back via my bank.
I placed an order for a sweatshirt on 11 December. I had an email saying it had been dispatched and sent via Royal Mail 48hrs tracked but as of today (28th December) Royal Mail say they have not received it as yet and I have not had any communication from Otrium to say what is happening
Otrium initially seemed like a great deal - reputable brands, wide selection of pieces and incredible prices.Unfortunately, it was too good to be true. The order process went smoothly and the order has supposedly been dispatched… two weeks ago.I’ve contacted Otrium ‘customer services’ (a chatbot, non-existent live chat and an email address that doesn’t seem to reply), but have received absolutely zero response.Yet they do seem available to respond to negative reviews, when grievances are made public.I’ve been patient, but after two weeks of no delivery updates, refund offer or even an idea if my order is still in fact coming - I’ve had to resort to a chargeback.Avoid, if something seems to good to be true - it usually is.
Ordered a belstaff coat on 26th dec 25 .... tracking info provided but no sign of the item with royal mail. Several emails and contact forms later and still no further along. Cannot get hold of anyone to chase the whereabouts of my missing item. I will now do a chargeback on day 14 with my credit card. AVOID - ZERO CUSTONER SERVICE BAR AUTOMATED RESPONSES!!
