Lacking in due diligence

Bought a suit for my partner, which I had to purchase three times and returned the first two because each time they sent the wrong size (either the blazer or the trousers). Absolutely amazed at the lack of care.

No response to multiple customer service contact; issue not solved for over 15 days

I placed a large order which was supposed to be delivered on 2 September but was delivered to the wrong address. Since then, I called Otrium multiple times (no response on the phone), submitted three forms via the website, sent multiple emails and the matter is still not solved. I only received two responses via email with over 3 days delay each from my original messages and the matter is still not solved. Is there a way to have Otrium respond and solve this at last???
