I ordered sunglasses and had to return them. While I did eventually receive a full refund, it required weeks of follow-up, multiple emails, and providing detailed proof of return (tracking receipts, invoices, etc.).The return was only processed after persistent communication on my part. The product itself was authentic, but the return process was frustrating and delayed.Advice for future buyers: If you shop here, keep all receipts, emails, and tracking numbers in case you need to return something. The refund did come through, but it was not a smooth experience.
- I see a lot of people have a problem with stock, I think the solution is - before you place your order and on the actual page of the item before it's in your bag, they write "this item is in stock". Mine was and that's why I didn't have any complications - make sure that little note is there before you order!Last week I read reviews here before I ordered and was quite nervous, but my sunglasses were only available on their website with no alternative options so I went for it. Everything from start to finish was so smooth and the delivery arrived to Australia in about 6 days! The glasses are in excellent condition.
