My optometrist wrote the wrong rx so I needed to get my lenses replaced. Ottica charged me for a replacement set of lenses which I would then have to get installed.My lenses were stuck in customs for 3 weeks, and the support provided was lacking. They did not follow up proactively and often I went for up to a week without a reply, and when one was given, it contained no useful information.Shortly after writing this originally 2 star review, the replacement lenses were released from customs (probably a coincidence tbh). This was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had, but I am giving 3 stars because the customs issue is partially out of their control, and eventually I ended up with what I needed at a price that was unbeatable.
