Review Time
Ordered a pair of glasses in mid December. I was immediately informed that they were out of stock and would need to wait 35 working days. Approaching April and still no sign of the glasses. Nobody ever contacted me - I had to chase all the time time - really disappointing! I would not recommend!

This company charged me twice- 4 weeks apart- for a pair of sunglasses I ordered. I reached out to let them know the 2nd charge was not authorized and they agreed that this purchase was not made, but "the customer service representative who could help me had gone home for the day and would have to call me back the next business day." Needless to say, I never heard back. I then filed a dispute with my bank. The bank reached out to Otticanet, and Otticanet showed them my original authorized purchase as evidence for the second charge, even though this is completely fraudulent. So the bank was unable to support the case and recommended that I reach back out to the retailer. I have since gone back to disputing with the Otticanet customer service team via email (as the phone lines are busy every time I call). I now have evidence in email writing that Otticanet acknowledges that the second charge is incorrect and that they intend to refund me but "The refund did not go through and they don't know why". I have been trying to get hundreds of dollars back from this brand since February 6th. What a mess, I am highly disappointed in this lack of customer service and I would recommend you do not shop here. I am out a large sum of money due to error on their end, and it doesn't seem like anyone cares to right their wrong.

Good site for sunglasses. Lots of selection. However, they need to put the measurements of the sunglasses so customers can get a better idea of their size. I ordered a pair and they were way too small, but had I known the size I wouldn't have ordered them and then end up returning them.
