The Bushwick House is a great option for those new in the city! It was an easy application process and fully stocked with all necessary living equipment from cookware, to furniture, to household products. My standard room is roomier than I thought and I'm pleased with the overall appearance and maintenance of the household.
I stayed in a six -month Crown Heights House, and it was the best decision I made for my NYC step. This location is fantastic - just a small walk distance to the metro, tons cool cafes, and a weekend walk nearby. The house was huge in itself, and the backyard was a major plus to work out or relax with just roommates. The biggest benefit was the underlying community. I immediately met people from all, and we were often cooked together, the nights of the film were, and discovered Brooklyn. No other loneliness in a big city! The only minor issue? During the peak hours, the kitchen found a little chaotic, but we all worked in a rhythm. Whenever small maintenance issues came to light, the outpost team was also really responsible. If you are looking for a place that makes NYC easy and social without crazy broker fees or long leases, then Crown Heights is a solid option!
Honestly the house is awesome, my biggest complaint is just the price tag. I renewed my lease and now there’s a broker fee involved for that, so heads up if you’re considering this location. Despite the cost, the amenities and atmosphere make it a great place to live. Overall, it’s a fantastic option, but be prepared for some additional fees.

I’m happy with the Lafayette House so far. Decent gym, washer and dryer in-unit. Dishwasher is currently broken by Brin the property manager is awesome and assisting with that. Customer service response time varies but things always get resolved in the end.
My apartment and everything is just as described and I’m thoroughly pleased with things so far! However, the platform Outpost utilizes for security deposits called Qira is very user unfriendly. Had difficulty paying my deposit which slowed down the process and added stress. Besides that, I’m a happy customer!
I’m terrified for all behind the marketing. I gave 5 stars by accident until I saw the reality. Nobody will help you. They don’t care because the building has a deal with the government to pay for low income people. 340 Clifton Pl Brooklyn 11216, NYC . Creepy bed-stuy outside and the worse part is inside the building
