Review Time
Ordered a kit from paintgem... and was convinced that I had gotten scammed as it took almost 3 months to get my order (this was during the covid 19 pandemic so I was expecting it to take a little longer but 3 months felt excessive to me) and the tracking information didn't update very often, however I was happy to finally receive my kit. Love that it came with everything you'd need (wax, pen, tray and tweezers) and the product itself is really good quality. Halfway done my picture and I'm excited to see it finished. Some of the symbols are a little difficult to decipher when working on it but you can figure it out based on the colors where you're working. Overall I'm happy with my paintgem kit and will consider buying from them again once the mail system returns to normal delivery times.
Although my order was delayed due to COVID, I was able to contact customer service via Facebook Messenger no problem. They responded to each of my messages and provided me with a response/solution. I’ve received my order and I can’t wait to start my poster!
They don’t even deserve a star! HORRIBLE don’t was your money. If your going to order order fromDiamond Art quality is 1000 times better but most important you will get what you ordered from Diamond Art in 2 days or less. This company Paint Gem I order over $100 of product. 2 kits on April 11th I didn’t get the kits until end of June. TheKits came separately every time i reached out to them which was a lot they promised me due to my inconvenience I would get a free kit. Well that was a lie! Of course. In order to get a free kit I would have to buy another kit or pay for shipping which I will notWaste anymore of my money to this company. To top it off they asked me to write a good review for them since they have such bad reviews. Horrible service horribleKits horrible. Trust me don’t waste your money.
I ordered my custom picture in April during the lockdowns and Covid crisis. I was told it usually takes 2 weeks but it actually took 2 months. At first I was disappointed it was taking so long my tracking information never moved. I reached out to paint gem and they tried there best to help me, but said it was stuck in transit. The post office tried to see what was going on and they said it was never dropped off or fraud. I was frustrated but then it showed up! It never moved just waiting for acceptance to my front door on June 11th exactly 2 months from the day I ordered it. It took me about a month On and off working on it on my days off and it’s beautiful. I’ve already ordered a new one and now know what to expect
