Custom paintgem

I ordered my custom diamond painting back on April 13th and just recently received it on June 10th, but I would say it was worth the long wait. I do not put the shipping delay blame onto Paint Gem since the virus has caused many packages to arrive late as they come from overseas. Overall, I got everything I ordered and would purchase from them again.

My canvas from Paintgem

I got my canvas from Paintgem. I love the packaging and the macaroon for the wax.. the pen is awesome also.. The drills look great and the symbols are easy to read. I wish i got a bigger one. Thank you Paintgem.

Good customer service, good item

I ordered my item in the beginning of April and it arrived more than a month later. I was convinced it was a scam but the customer service people made me feel a lot better and they reassured me that the package was on the way and they kept me updated during the whole thing. When I got my item it was a lot smaller than I expected it to be but it was still really good quality and a great item as well. If you don't mind waiting a long time for said item then I recommend it.

Long shipping times but worth it!

Shipping did take quite awhile but they were very upfront and communicative during the whole process. Once the product arrived, I was very happy! Everything was nicely packaged and clearly labeled. I enjoyed this craft very much!

Had a customized photo done and it did…

Had a customized photo done and it did look just like the photo I sent in. All the materials were included and nicely organized. Got a free gift of a pretty flower picture. It does take a long time to arrive, but eventually it does get there

I enjoy the product and their customer service

I enjoy the product and their customer service is great, but shipping delays are understandably just a part of the recent world pandemic :( I think that doing Paintgem is relaxing and gives me a good creative outlet!
