Review Time
I was concerned this was a scam because it was my first purchase off of a Facebook Ad. Love my kit! It's not a scam, but shipping is ridiculously long. I knew it would be delayed due to Covid, but I ordered on April 2nd and just got it today on June 16th! Over 55 business days. So dont expect to get it anytime soon after ordering!
Placed my order in April. It’s now June 16th and I keep getting the run around. I’m beyond frustrated. I can’t get anyone to give me an answer that isn’t the same cookie cutter response with just a revolving name. Terrible company, terrible customer service. If my stuff is coming from China and just waiting in customs, tell me... I’d be fine with it. But to say sitting in New York for 2 months? Highly unlikely.
Yes, it arrived very late, but hey what hasn’t been effect by Coronavirus. I was SO excited when I finally did receive them. The packaging was great. I immediately ripped it open and started that minute. Great quality! Fantastic customer service. Kate was so helpful any time I emailed her she was quick to respond. Thank you!
This was my first purchase with Paint Gem - I was impressed with the quick customer service, and the quality of the canvas itself! I loved the accessories, too! The shipping took several weeks, but it was out of Paint Gem's hands. They responded each time I reached out and were super great! Will definitely be purchasing more diamond art kits!
This is a legit company. The reason for the delay is because the orders are coming from directly their factory in Shanghai. It was in customs that was the major cause of the delay. You just have to be real patience with them. The representatives does a great job informing you on what’s going on and they give you a free gift for the wait so it’s not their fault is because of the virus and it taking some time in customs . Besides that I got my Order and my pictures are coming out beautiful
