I hadn't heard of Paintwell before as there are no stores near me. I ordered some door oil which, as I had to get a few tins, was quite a substantial saving to elsewhere. I was a bit nervous given I hadn't heard of the company. I needn't have been as the service was excellent, quick despatch and all tracked. I had to contact customer services with a query and they couldn't have been more helpful, with big thanks to Mark. Moving forward I will be using them instead of the "bigger" chains that I would normally go to, as I thought their service was far better.
