Review Time
I wanted to buy a paint sample from Paintwell in Sudbury at 4.56pm today and was refused as apparently they close the tills at 4.50pm!! Both women were very unfriendly and quite sharp when I questioned the fact that the website clearly says "open" until 5pm and their excuse was they had been at work all day!! Doesn't paid employment mean that we work certain specified hours? If they were meant to finish at 4.50pm surely that would be the closing time?Not the staff I would want to employ... There are plenty of other places to buy paint.
