I have been a customer of Paleo Valley for about 3 years. I am happy with every product I have purchased, on repeat, and often try new items. I have found social media offers are better on the website or thru subscriptions. Customer service is quick to reply and remedy any issues.
I really enjoy the Paleovalley products that we use and that all the beef products are grassfed. I also use their frother, and love it. I wanted to order one for a Christmas gift, and needed to email customer support for help with that. I found out I went about ordering the frother the wrong way, but they worked it out for me. I really appreciate their effort.
Terrible customer service and untrustworthy. I clicked on an ad to purchase a specific number of packs for a specific amount. They shorted me on quantity and when I raised this to customer service, Brianna G. replied with a half apology basically blaming me for their mistake, and refused to fix the issue. So the risk is on the customer. Don’t believe their advertising. You don’t know what’s gonna come and you definitely won’t get any after service.
From ordering to delivery everything was so smooth! Customer service was absolutely amazing! I ordered these for my son who has Crohn’s they’re super yummy. We tried the meat sticks. If you’re on the fence, run! You won’t regret. I wish I could give more stars. Great company! Highly recommend.
Fabulous company that has excellent healthy products and service. My family has always enjoyed their beef stick and my children have all asked for their new venison sticks this Christmas. It makes great stocking stuffers.
