What made my experience great was the immediate response to my inquiry regarding my tracking order. The response was less than 30 minutes. Biljana, the representative that contacted me had already looked into my order and saw that it indeed was delayed. Instead of me having to wait any longer she sent a new order to me immediately which I received within a day. What also made my experience great was, she gave me a coupon code for my next online order. This is excellent customer service! Immediate response time, looking into the problem, fixing the problem, and offering something for the trouble. I could not ask for anything more. Very happy customer of Paleovalley! Great products! I just started to try some of the Paleo Valley products and I really enjoy the Golden Milk which I now have every night at about 9 o’clock after dinner, mixed with a bit of half-and-half and some boiling water. It’s absolutely delicious! I then ordered some of the pork sticks and beef sticks, and I especially like the pork sticks which I cut into tiny rounds to put in my omelette with some spinach and arugula. I haven’t ordered any of their bone broth yet to use as a soup base for my bean dishes but I bet the ginger turmeric or the savory are delicious and I like that they both have lots of collagen and protein. I just ordered some of the toothpaste from their Wellnesse line and I’m excited to try that. The only thing I care about is my health and I really feel like this company understands that very much.
I love all the products I've tried through this company. I had an amazing experience communicating with Andrea from customer service regarding my order being damaged by racoons! She was so helpful and easy to talk to and went above and beyond to make it right for me!!!!!!!
PaleoValley products are fantastic! Clean ingredients that you can understand without all the chemical additives. I LOVE their Bone Broth (Chocolate, Salted Carmel and Vanilla). It makes it easy for me to get the amount of protein that I need by adding Salted Caramel to my morning coffee and having a cup of hot chocolate before I go to bed. I'm even sleeping better!I add the Vanilla Bone Broth to both coffee and Lavendar-Chamomille tea. No more sugar and creamer for me!
With so many food sensitivities and allergies, I have finally found a source of supplemental nutrition. I am still discovering all the available products. I appreciate the founder's personal story and passion of research and health success. Thank you also for the quick responses in customer care.
