I bought 7 panels in black from the panel hub I said I wasn’t fitting them straight away on delivery we just gave them a Quick Look over seemed ok they were in plastic which we left on until fitting couple months later had them fitted once the light was on them there were marks that looked like finger prints and a lot bought ipa cleaner as suggested by the company didn’t work it was brought to our attention the marks were always there from manufacture,I asked the company for a partial refund as I have got to buy again they were happy for us to rebuy from them there was no chance of that,please do not buy from this company there panels are cheep and tacky,my friend bought from British homes direct for the same price and there much better panels,I have black in my bedroom yes more expensive but they look fab this company’s excuse for no refund is we had fitted them which I knew they were going to say.PLEASE avoid this company there are better panels out there and better customer service don’t be £100s out of pocket like me.If I could I wouldn’t even give 1 star.Follow up from our last conversation with panel hub if I took the review down I’d get a parcel refund I agreed but on reflection thought £40 was nothing considering we spent £300 with delivery and the fact the receptionist had said the panels on the web site were different to the ones I had delivered after I mentioned the pic on the web looked different to my panels,well I’m sorry but the ones on the web are the ones I ordered and wanted,there was no mention of exchange which I’d of been happy with obviously not the same ones I really think there £40 offer was dismal The panels are now gone and replaced from another company and a bit cheaper.I don’t understand these company’s if they want to succeed have a good reputation then have better customer service it’s not right I’m out of pocket by hundreds of pounds for no fault of my own.
Ordered my panels online which was a quick and easy process. The company contacted me by phone the next day to confirm the order was being processed. All communication was clear and concise. The panels arrived within 6 days, well packaged and of great quality.
Ordered from Panel Hub after looking at the reviews of other suppliers. Great communication they phone to say the order has been received and processed and the you’re notified of the delivery. The delivery man was fantastic brought them into the hallway and was very professional!!!
A few days after ordering some acoustic panelling the company rang me to tell me the delivery date , then the day before delivery the driver Chris ( who really went over and above for us ) rang to confirm the delivery time , as myself and my wife were at work Chris put the panelling in a safe place for us to.The product itself is fantastic quality, panel hub was great and Chris the delivery driver was brilliant. Absolutely fantastic service !!
I ordered my panels online and it was a straightforward and simple process. I was shortly contacted by phone to confirm the order and to advise my delivery date would be advised by email. On the day of my delivery, I was sent a text message with a 30 minute window and the panels arrived on time.
Being a very dubious person about buying items online I took a chance with panel hub for my acoustic wall panels after seeing there posts on fb so glad I did as they come in the time specified and well packaged the delivery driver was great they look great up and if your a person who hasn’t done this type of work before neither had I, a brand new blade on a circular saw does the job using masking tape to cut through to stop any excess damage I didn’t use screws just the instant nails glue, very happy with the finished look cheers panel hub will deffo use again 👍
Purchased some outdoor wall panels. Communication, delivery and quality were great. However, they were not the style we had ordered, so we decided to return them. After collection of the wrong panels, we were given a full refund. Aftersales team were extremely helpful. Would order from them again for future orders and def recommend Panel Hub
