Well the delivery didn't turn up till 8pm which was after I had taken my medication as I have multiple health conditions, when he did I opened the door and he had parked in the middle of the road (quite road in a village) but a car wanted to pass when he got into the back of the van, so he shouted to me to come help, I advised I couldn't as I have advanced spinal stenosis followed by many other health conditions that I didn't go into, but he wasn't happy I didn't help and took the panels out and placed them on the path to then move his van and come back. He then brought the first package to the end of my ramp at my bungalow and asked if he can leave them here, where I said no I need them closer, so he brought it up to the front door where I had to struggle to get it in . Following two parcels where then left laying down half in and half out where I then had to drag them in and lift them to place them inside so I could close the front door. 3 different packages, 2 were in cardboard covering with damaged ends, 1 wasn't even covered at all.. I haven't been able to check for damages yet as they are not due to be put up for another few weeks due to work going on inside... So I really wasn't happy with the service to say the least, and due to the extremely late delivery the workmen had gone home as I had arranged for them to assist. I mean just because I was a 46 year old man, that dispite my appearance am extremely unwell should be a cause to have such bad service.
