I’m disabled and recently bought a paramo hoody. Unfortunately, I had difficulty with the zip; which was more than likely due to my disability rather than a design or manufacturing flaw. Paramo customer services were excellent; sympathetic, very efficient & customer orientated. I highly recommend the company.
Great service from the Keswick store, staff friendly and knowledgable, we spend a lot of time in the mountains and have been using Paramo clothing for over 30 years, it’s very hard wearing supper functional and lasts forever, great both on and off the mountains. Well done paramo, keep doing what you do.

The customer service was unreal, Andy was very helpful in the fitting and thoroughly explained all the benefits the jacket provided and was happy to chat away about his own experiences using the jacket and other brands that he had previously used. He also explained how to wash the jacket and what to wash it with.I am incredibly pleased my not just my purchase but also my experience in the shop.
