Review Time
Sales Advisor takes days to get back about my request and only to be told the owner of the apartment I chose was not responsive. I had the same experience with few other apartments I selected last year with unresponsive owners. When I told the advisor I will no longer waste my time waiting and chasing for apartments from Paris Attitude, I was told Paris Attitude has 4000 units and I simply had bad luck with the apartments I chose. How many of these units are bad lucks ? If the owner is not responsive from the very start, can one imagine how unresponsive these owners are going to be had we rented their apartments ? This alone is a very bad sign.
The experience was fast and very professional. Leslie Asmr took very good care of me. I just moved to France and my time was up in my Airbnb. I could no longer stay in my Airbnb, lots of technical issues :-). Once I submitted all of the paperwork and got my certificate from Garantme it was a very easy process. The owner accepted my application, I paid everything that was due.I will be moving in soon.If you are an expat looking for an apartment, they have a lot of great apartments on their website. My experience with Paris Attitude has been great. My landlord is extremely nice, and Paris Attitude has always responded promptly and have always tried to help. My only reccomendation is to have a better system to get help to tenants. I was stuck paying out of pocket for a dishwasher repair, and I would have preferred not to do that.
