This was my second time parking here…

This was my second time parking here for Newark airport. I chose it for the good price and returned after a positive experience. Shuttle was prompt and everyone involved was helpful and courteous. Thank you!

If I could check zero stars I would

If I could check zero stars I would. Made unfounded demand for additional $$ before giving our keys to us upon pickup. Although I confirmed with checkin clerk that though she wrote our arrival time as early - in fact 4 hours before the 24 hour daily rate period- that there would not be an additional charge. The van and offices are filthy- the people rude and aggressive.

Worst shuttle service ever used

Worst shuttle service ever used. They have 1 shuttle that holds 9 people. Slow service not organized. Took over an hour to get picked up after being informed it would take under 10. Women who answers the phone is rude disrespectful and hung up us when we called to find out the issue. Do yourself a favor use some other service

Don’t leave your car here!!!!

Please don’t use these people they are crooks…Ive always used them and had no problems until now..left my car for 5 days in September when I get back and picked up my car…My car was unlocked and my key alarm didn’t work…when I tried to start my car it wouldn’t start…I have a brand new 2021…went back inside and asked did they leave my car running which the guy told me no…I said it had to be…because if it wasn’t and my battery was dead I wouldn’t be able to get into my car ( my car doors automatically locks if I forget to lock it when you get out and the car is turned off) so he said give me a minute and I will jump your car….he comes out with another customer keys and pulled up to my car and try’s to give me a jump from another customer car which he floods their car and still don’t get my car started..I called my roadside and they came and started my car…but asked me how long was my car here because a couple of weeks ago it was a storm and the entire parking lot flooded and when people came back none of the cars started and this company didn’t tell the customers..good thing my car wasn’t there at this time….when I get home I realized I left one of my bags inside when I paid and I called and of course they told me they didn’t have it…I drove back and asked to view the cameras and was told no then asked to speak to the owner which I was told he does not speak with customers…I left my number and went to the police station and made a report…and nobody from this company has reached out…I don’t know if someone new has taken over but don’t come here…they don’t care about your car or their customers…I also have pictures of the guy jumping another customer car to jump mine

Great service gone wrong.

Great service gone wrong.I was really happy with the ease of the online booking and the option to have my car detailed while I was away. Upon leaving the airport, I easily texted them at 10:45 PM and I was promptly on the bus and on my way to the Park2Go lot, arriving by 11:00 PM. That is were everything went wrong. They had a Black SUV waiting for me BUT it was not my car. They left me waiting outside for about 5 minutes while they waited for my car to arrive. They then discovered they had no clue where my car or key was, panic ensued. They asked me to wait inside while they tried to locate my car. I listened to them search all of the envelopes, call different people, send people out into the lot looking for my car. At 11:45 PM they finally had me speak to a supervisor over the phone. He apologized asked me if I could possibly give them 10 more minutes to try and locate my key as my car was still at in the detail department. He explained that if they couldn't get my key, someone would take me home and they would deliver my car in the morning. I asked him on what they were going to do in regards to such a huge error and he said 'I'm going to take care of it'. Fast forward 20 minutes, a staff member asked if I had a spare key on me, nope. Did I live close by, nope, 30 minutes away. They offered me 50% off (my total was $230.00) and a $50 gift card. I accepted that was likely the best I would get. At 12:25 they refunded me $23.93 and my car was ready to go at 12:40 AM, almost 2 hours after my original text. I was hoping to hear from the supervisor this morning after I expressed that $24 is not 50% of my total and that was not what was stated. I called the regional manager at 2:00 PM and apologized while stating he was aware of the issue. He felt my compensation was more then enough for for my hour wait. I expressed that this was not what was offered and he said he WhatsApp'd a different offer to his staff. I told him that I was waiting to hear from them before leaving a review and he got very defensive. He expressed that sometimes the detailer doesn't bring cars back on time and that is not their fault. He told me they took a loss at giving me the discount as the airport charges them $10 to pick me up (the receipt states $2.580, not $10). I asked if they would hold the detailer responsible and they said 'No. They are a big company and we don't want to ruin that relationship'.He stated that if I left a review, he would cancel my gift card to use their services again. I told him to keep his gift card so that I could tell you what can happen when you use Park2Go. I am not the first person that this has happened to and I know I won't be the last. I did call the detailer and thank them for their amazing clean. Other then the windows, it was fantastic. I also told him of this issue, if blame is going to be placed on a partner company, it's only fair that they are aware of this poor service.

If you like your car don't park here

I picked up my car after 5 days. Noticed mud on her….no biggie….heard something on the front rubbing on the wheel…..wth….got home…..and the right front corner of my car is SMASHED! The car is not drivable as the right headlight is buried in bumper parts and pointing to the ground. Cant open the hood but probably no antifreeze since the coolant overflow looks like it is busted up. Glad I made it home. Called 3 times with no response. Called insurance company…..not dealing with it. Paying my deductible and it is their problem. Better have a lawyer boys, you are going to need it.

Worst parking place there is

Worst parking place there is. Stay clear. THIEVES. They rob your car and overcharge you. They take forever to pick u up and drop u off. Pay upfront and then pick up your car just to be told you magically owe 100 more. Liars. And the lobby smells bad of pot

Worst experience with this company

Worst experience with this company! I have been a park2go customer for many years now and I have to say, they are trash! Tonight on sat october 9, 2021, Waited over 45min for a pick up after calling several times. Told me they had one driver… on a Saturday night! When they drove by to pick us up, the guy wasn’t going to get us and said he was too full and that we had to wait… I complained at that moment and that i wasn’t going to wait another 45 min when the driver said I had an attitude and refused to load our bags in the van and told me to do it myself.. as multiple bags fell on top of me, my husband had to pick them up while this person yelled at us and refused to help. ***Btw there was plenty of room in van for me and my husband. Drivers name was Marques?— that’s what I was told but that’s prob a lie…Got to the parking lot and when I went in to speak to a manager, The man inside told me to take my key and leave. The man at the desk wouldn’t even speak with me. The driver then proceeded to come into the office to continue to berate me and to curse me out and told me to “suck it” and to get the “f&@# out of here” before they called the police on me!” I was so upset that my husband just wanted to get out of there before things got worse. No respect at all. This company is disgusting and since they just raised their prices… I will never use them again!! They are total trash and you shouldn’t waste your money on such crap service. I don’t know Wher they find their drivers or employees. Total disappointment.

Beware

Beware, I have used Park to Go for the past 7 years and was a VIP client. On 21JUN2021 I dropped off my vehicle, I always take a photo of my mileage when dropping off because of past suspicions. The mileage on drop off was 76,992.7, when I picked up the vehicle on 24JUN2021 the mileage was 77,124.7. The vehicle had been driven 132 miles while I was away. I called the police, they were able to take my information but not much more. I spoke with Frank one of the owners, he said he would review the security tapes and get back to me once he found out what happened. Never heard from him after this, I have not used Park to Go since this incident.I would not use Park to Go to park at Newark. Also, I was on the van once and a customer complained about the wait time, the driver told them they should call a cab if they didn't like the wait time.

Stay away

Stay away! They are reckless with your vehicle and won't take responsibility for scratches and dents. I left a new car (Volvo XC60 2021), I had just had it fixed for a scratch and still they claim the new scratches and dents where already there. The worst.
