Review Time
Rude service, No answer for pick up service, had to rely on others who also could not reach the service by phone! But we did get help with a low tire from the attendant, air was supplied. The office lady was very rude as I tried to pay, ignoring me while she was visiting with the attendant!My car still had snow on it when we picked it up, so how long was it inside? I am guessing no more than 1/2 hour, we saw it being brought in when we arrived with the shuttle! Not happy with this service, it was much better the time we used it before!
I have traveled four times this year and use this company every time, and the way that they speak to me as a woman, I find extremely upsetting. I came home to find my windshield has a huge crack across the whole vehicle that was not at all there three short days ago . The first man tried to tell me how windshields work in the cold . My car has been here for 3 days. I have lived in Calgary Alberta my whole life. I know how a beeping windshield works in the cold. He told me he was going to go get his managers phone number and instead another gentleman comes out and tries to explain to me how Glass Works when it's cold out. They did not stop to see how long my car had been parked here for if they had they would know that it's been between 0° and -10° the last 4 days they also did not bother to say they would check the video of when I drove in which is what they did when they damaged my car a few years back. They interrupted me mansplained. I have asked for pictures of my car as I drive in and out and they will not provide it to me. Nor would they call me back until I had reached out for the 5th time. I waited for over 45 minutes for my shuttle at DIA. I called three times and he said it’ll be 5-6 minutes. I said I’m standing at 513 bc my voucher says to be here. He said yes. An empty shuttle drives right past me on the inside lane and I flag him down. He points back but never stopped. I call the operator again than he says I should be at 509 not 513. I tell him the voucher said to be at 513. Horrible experience for my first and LAST time. (head explosion emoji)
The worst!! Came back from overseas and tried to call for shuttle pickup. No answer, On several calls, went to voicemail and then could not leave a message because the mailbox was full. So, stranded at the airport. Had to take a cab ($50 😡) to get to the parking lot. The attendant had the nerve to tell us „we should have called!“
I signed up for the valet indoor, all was done online and I have my print out to prove what I signed up for. It also had the prices specified. I thought it was odd that the indoor valet was cheaper than the indoor self Park but when I called them, they indeed verified me those were the correct prices. Anyway, I parked from 6:00 a.m. on August 8th to 8:00 p.m. on August 11th and they charged me $90. According to the printout and the prices listed indoor valet was 16.99 per day . Even if the correct price was what the indoor self Park was which was $19.99 per day it would still have been too much for the time we were parked there
Anywhere but here!! Hit me up with a $250 surcharge after I was on way to airport for n there shuttle because my Tacoma pickup was oversized. Had no time to make other arrangements.That’s after I paid my online with no mention of that. Also paid extra to park it inside which they didn’t!!!
Can I give zero stars? Absolutely appalling company! Twice in the last 12 months I have topped up my account with £20, which has never been credited. They are impossible to contact by phone and completely ignore any emails. The first time, I eventually (after 3 months) got in touch with a lady who sorted a refund for me. However, I am currently in the same situation and it would appear she has left - I wonder why! They owe me money and it seems impossible to get back, or get credited to my account. They are a bunch of crooks
I strongly advise against using Park2Go. During our stay, our van was hit by another vehicle while parked in their lot. When I asked if they had surveillance cameras, they only provided a picture from the entrance which was unnoticeable due to the extent of the damage. In fact, I did not even notice the damage until I had the van washed. Furthermore, they did not investigate the incident any further and simply claimed that it did not happen in their lot.
