We have been parking at this place for several years and I have always recommended them. This last visit that changes in a big way. Beware. They have an employee or employees that will go through your car and steal what they want. I have been trying to get in contact with the manager or owner and have made over 10 phone call attempts, multiple emails to discuss this issue privately to no avail. Every-time I get the same answer the manager is not there and they don’t know when they will be. They wright my name and number down but I do not receive a call back. I did get an email response saying that since we booked through the spot hero app we are technically a customer of them and not the lot. We had several graduation announcement cards in our glove box that were opened and searched through. (Nothing of value in the envelopes) and they stole 2 bottles of prescription medicine out of our center console. Now I can’t wait to see the dismissive response from the owners that everyone else gets on the bad reviews but this is how I know it was part of their crew…. The medicine was located underneath and covered in the closed center console of the vehicle. After discovering the pill bottles missing to our surprise in there place was another customers keys. Park2go tags and all. Explain that one park2go.

***edit*** even less of a response than expected. Literally parked with them on two separate occasions this year already. And no explanation of the BMW keys where the missing anxiety medication was located?

***2nd edit*** responses seem to come through faster here than any other form of communication. No you are correct that is not my reservation those are the BMW keys you left at the bottom of my center console. What do you not understand that an employee of yours went through my car stole items and left theses in there. Also I’ll save you the trouble and post the email conversation myself. I don’t know what you mean with your response about language. And I use the term conversation lightly because it is pretty one sided. I hate that dishonest businesses like you exist: that is what is wrong with the world today. How do you plan on getting the other customer her keys back? I’m sure she had a pretty terrible experience since you could not find them for her when she picked up. I really do feel bad for her. Please contact me at the number I have left you so we can get her situation straightened out.

Sunglasses stolen from my parked car

Parked for 2 weeks in February 2026 and when I picked up my car, an expensive pair of sunglasses was missing from the center console. Management took no responsibility and insisted they do not have problems with theft, but it's clear that they do. I will not be parking here any more.

Don’t park there Read the reviews there overcharging, there stealing property from the vehicles. There damaging vehicles there looking at your Navigation screen. There stealing house keys. There low life’s. Park elsewhere. That place is still a building only because of cameras

I should’ve read the previous reviews…

I should’ve read the previous reviews prior to parking here, but I have used this parking company for years, due to its convenience…putting up with its shortcomings (of which there are many). Having said that, after today’s experience, I will never use them again. The place is dirty, with no bathroom (except for a porta potty outdoors), the van is disgusting, and often having to wait an extraordinary amount of time be taken to the airport and especially to get picked up (one time actually missing my flight as a result). I put up with the negatives, due to the convenience of the location, but today was the last straw, arriving to pick up my car, only to be told that they could not find my car (which we were supposed to be parked indoors, based on my reservation, booked directly on their website). Ultimately after a extended search, my car was ultimately found in the outdoor lot, blocked in by other cars, which were unable to be moved because of snow (despite having over 24 hours to have cleared out the lot after the snow storm had passed, prior to my arrival. I had to wait two hours to get my car out, with no accommodation for the delay, etc., and despite clearly whole issue, resulting from their misrepresenting that they were going to have my car parked indoors. (which what’s my reservation a week in advance had booked and which I verified when I dropped the car off and was reassured would be the case). The “manager” ultimately showed up, but was totally rude, obnoxious, and arrogant, unwilling to compensate me at all for the delay and their. misrepresentation, etc.… threatening to call the police. Seriously? They had my key so why were they going to call the police. I couldn’t leave.Totally poor customer service. They clearly do not honor reservations, so buyer beware. I will not be using them again.… Nor should anybody. Look at their other reviews as well

Confirmed reservations may mean nothing

After making a reservation 2 weeks in advance was turned away. Was told that they were working from a list and only taking cars that were on the list. No explanation given as to why or what happened.Was advised to park at the airport,thus paying higher parking lot fees.

Shady workers

I left some things in my car at the valet parking park2go Edmonton. One of them being a gift card. I did put it into my account so I thought. I only just checked the balance apparently as when I went to use it while I was away the card was not in my account. Upon my return to use it, I was told by the company it had been used on Dec 27 multiple times.i returned and picked up my car on Dec 29. There was 150 on the card. I contacted the company via Facebook. He/she didn’t seem concerned that I filed a police report and contacted insurance. Imagine not caring you have employees who steal. I won’t go back there and I’ve told all my friends.

They crashed my car and haven't paid

They crashed my car and promised to take care of everything using their insurance. After 3 weeks of the insurance company and myself trying to get a hold of them, they have not responded any email or answered any calls regarding the issue. Very bad way to deal with a problem they caused and now is costing me.

Find another parking spot

The location is fine, close to the airport, though Google Maps does not do a good job giving directions. Facility was fair - was not clear I was supposed to park and give keys to the attendant. THE SITE SAID SELF PARK, BUT THEY MOVE THE CAR AFTER YOU PARK. Security seems good. The shuttle to the airport was quick but it took 45 mts and 3 calls on the way back. The website says shuttle every 15 mts. This was on Thursday May around 5:15 pm. The driver was very rude and arrogant.
