Avoid this company.I booked an airport meet-and-greet parking service at Bristol Airport, but the company did not show up. I followed all booking instructions, including calling 40 minutes before arrival. After arriving, I waited in the short-stay car park, as advised, for over 10 minutes, made several follow-up calls, and was charged £7 per 10 minutes while waiting in the short stay car park — yet no one answered or called back. After 45 mins of waiting and attempted communication I had to make other plans. I will be expecting a full refund. As a result, I had no parking arranged, missed my flight, and the trip was completely disrupted. I had driven over 3.5 hours to the airport and had important plans the following day, all of which were lost due to their failure to attend or communicate.Extremely poor service and zero accountability.
Terrible parking. We called the number given to advise we were due to arrive as confirmation email advised. No one answered, couldn’t find any entrance to the location, used postcode & link for maps etc. Still no one had returned missed call…ended up parking on airport mid stay costing us £90.
It was all ok on leaving but on arrival back to uk they took too long in bring back the car because our flight was early then what I’d put on booking form. Also they didn’t say that there would be a parking charge when they bring your car back to you, we had to pay £6 just for them bringing our car back to us. They should have mentioned this on booking.
Booked meet and greet for Manchester airport. But made a mistake on my return date , so emailed and advised of the mistake - they swiftly changed and confirmed - no change .On return they would not delivery my car back until i made a payment of £15 as they said i should have returned the day before , I provided evidence of the change showing no charges. They would still not return my car until I paid . Very aggressive staff and extremely rude.I have emailed Parking4 you advising this with no response .Stay away from this company
Extremely dangerous and irresponsible service. On 24/11 at Stansted, the driver abandoned my car key on the wheel of my vehicle and walked away. I was sent to the location, left waiting for long time, and only found my car key after checking every tyre as I was told on the phone that the driver had mess up. This is gross negligence — my car could have been stolen instantly. Completely unprofessional, unsafe, and unacceptable. I strongly urge others to avoid this company at all costs.
Avoid Park and Ride Bristol – Parking 4 You at all costs. I booked them through The Compare Airport Parking website and the experience was disgusting from start to finish.I was left standing in –4°C in a dark, unlit yard with no transfer, no updates, and repeated lies about the driver being “6 minutes away.” The transfer never came. I had to book an Uber or I would have missed my flight.Despite being assured this wouldn’t happen again, the same thing happened on my return - no answer on the phones, no transfer, and when I finally got back to the car park my car was blocked in with nobody on site to help.I paid for a service that was never provided on either journey. Completely unsafe, unreliable, and unacceptable. The comparison site should remove this company immediately. This company is not even worthy of 1 star
