Nowhere to park when we first arrived and had to wait 20 mins parked in a trolley park until somebody came to collect the car despite calling ahead as instructed. On return, called them as soon as collected our lugguge and had to wait for an hour and half until to car was returned. Called numerous times to see where car was and was fobbed off with excuses about traffic then blocked my number! Having a tracker on the car was very helpful. They didn't start the car for 45mins after our original call. When the car was eventually started it then stopped in an unknown street for 15minutes with the door open? When the driver (and passenger) gave us keys they rushed off without an explanation. Next day in the daylight noticed that the drivers door had obviously been opened against something leaving damage on the door edge.
We arrived at the airport after calling them 30 mins prior to then have to wait a further 30 mins for them to turn up. On arrival back to collect the car, it was a nightmare. They had the arrival time on the original booking, however, when we called another 30 mins prior to passport control, we were told it would be about 1 hour - THIS IS NOT STATED ON ANY BOOKING CONFIRMATION. The man at the control centre was extremely rude and slammed the phone down on me. He told me it stated the 1 hr on my confirmation email - IT DID NOT I emailed the complaint about the rudeness of staff on the phone to receive an email of 5 pages of terms and conditions and no response to their staff conduct. In addition, check your mileage. For a car park thats approximately 5 miles away - my mileage went up 17 miles. NEVER USE THEM.
Dreadful meet and greet tonight . I waited 1 hr 15 mins in the freezing weather tonight for my car . Called twice to be told they’re enroute /8 minutes away ! I thought my car would never come ! It was so cold waiting ! When my car arrived I asked the driver to pay my exit fee . He didn’t understand me and I had to ask for an apology . I frequently use meet and greet for convenience but never again with this company
Very disappointing service.We paid extra for a meet and greet, but it was anything but that. After landing, we were told it would take 1 hour for our car to be delivered. We waited at the airport with our young children, only to be told after an hour that it would be another 45 minutes.Eventually, my husband had to go with their driver to collect the car himself and then return to pick up the family — completely defeating the purpose of a meet and greet service.To make matters worse, weeks later we received a parking fine dated while we were abroad, meaning our car was being used without our knowledge or permission. We were never informed that our car would be driven while we were away.Misleading service, poor communication, and very stressful after a long journey. Would not recommend.
We booked a different company and 30 minutes B4 arrival at the airport, we called as instructed, only to be told they cancelled our booking and to contact customer services for a refund. No reason! After alot of panicking trying to find a space B4 our flight, e everywhere was fully booked we found parking 4 you. I called them and explained the situation and they were more than happy to help. They met us as agreed on time, very understanding of the last minute booking. I was really upset at the time. They were lovely and very reliable. On arrival back in the UK they met us and gave us our car. No issues, no damage, no extra use of our car. Will only be using this company in the future! Highly recommended. Now booked a 2nd time for June. Thank you!
Avoid - Meet & Greet at Luton airport was very poor.I followed the instruction by calling 30 mins before drop off, but when I arrived it took 20 mins to be 'greeted'. Luckily despite the 10 mins rule I seem to have only ben charged £7 for the drop off.On my return I had to wait 1 hour 20 mins for the car to the dropped off. 3 phone call saying 'only 10 min'Will not be using again.
We were booked into a car park that was land taken from an old farm. It was a mass muddy mess. The Road leading down to it was not suitable for most road cars, not a road at all! (Especially for those of you with sport cars or low body kit..i would not advise it) we didnt have a car like that just a estate car and we had a terrible job getting to it..massive pot holes and muddy lumps and bumps everywhere. To top it off finding it was horrendous, no signs what so ever. You think you are driving into a field at the end of a dirt track. No help to find it. Due to this we ran really late and missed our slot on the transfer. Then, once they take you to the airport, they drop you a mile from the terminal, and the same to pick you up!Will never do again!
