What a joke drop off was fine . Pick up been waiting over an hour now along with other people .only reason i book this service as sister cant stand to long. To be told there is only 2 drivers . Rang them so many times to be told your next 10mins .what they do is wait for a pick up before bringing your car .i watched them do it .
DO NOT use this service at Heathrow -I received a text on the day before my booking to explain the venue had changed. I was requested to park my car in the Crown Plaza hotel, which had a police presence and was boarded up. The men that "booked" my car in, literally just asked for the keys and £12 and didn't explain any processes to me or give me any paperwork.They asked me and my children to wait at the end of the drive for a transfer, which didn't come and the landlord of the parking area offered to take us to the airport. On returning from my holiday on Sunday 1st November, I called the number at 7.30am to say we had arrived. The transfer did not arrive until after 11am. I phoned over 20 times to find out what was going on. No one told me the truth once. I kept being told, 10 minutes, 10 minutes, 10 minutes. I spoke to numerous different people, no one knew what was going on and several of the employees were rude and hung the phone up.Avoid at all costs!
I used the meet and greet option at Manchester airport as I wasn't sure how much time I would have for check-in. I followed instructions to ring 30 mins before but was told there may not be someone there to meet me which added a bit of stress. Arrived at the short stay car park and there was a driver there to meet me but I could have done without the worry. Things went really wrong on my return, again I followed the instructions to ring after collecting my bags but was told it would be 45 mins before my car would be returned. Numerous calls and 90 minutes later I got my car back, the call taker was rude, unhelpful and hung up on me when I asked where my car was giving me the standard 'it's on its way' answer. Having been travelling since 4am with 2 young children and a 6 hour drive to get home this 90 minutes delay was horrendous. I thought I was paying premium price for a responsive local valet parking service and would have been better off parking the car in one of the airport car parks so it was available as soon as I got. Horrible customer service, misleading service description, poor communication - I really wouldn't waste your money
I am only giving 1 star as it isn’t possible to give less. We booked the valet parking service at Bristol airport for a recent holiday. The instructions were to call ahead 30 mins before arrival which we tried to do to no avail. We rang again and again but nobody picked up the phone. We arrived at the meeting point but there was no one there to meet us. We tried the other location mentioned in our instruction email but there was no one there either leading to us having to park our car in the airport car park at a very large additional expense (£350). I cannot say we had poor service as we had no service at all!We complained and did receive a refund, however this doesn’t compensate us for the very expensive parking we had to pay. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
Easy access to airport person collecting car was waiting and on return only hat to wait 10 mins for them to bring the car back Only concern was my dash cam had been pointed up and rear camera disconnected didnt notice till I got home so will be phoning up for reason for this
Was all good till we got bk & went to get the bus bk to the car parking place Id had an angina attack & after using my spray we went to get on the coach . My husband went to take the trolley bk the driver said don’t come now then it’s tough My husbands friend then tried to get our cases on & he was told to get on the bus or he d be left behind the gate was shut on me, driver just grinned got on & drove off leaving me to struggle getting the cases out of ppls way Very rude obnoxious person who should NOT be working with the public
Currently in Morocco having had to abandon my car in a long stay Luton Airport carpark due to, despite paying Parking4U £70, they put the phone down on us repeatedly as they couldn’t hear or understand our calls to say we had arrived, so nobody turned up to meet us. Just had to dump the car or miss the flight, so hoping for an extortionate fee rather than a clamp or a tow. They’re the cheapest for a reason. Pay a bit more and avoid at all costs!
Booked parking but had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. I cancelled the parking on 12 September. And after numerous emails and a live chat have still not received my money back. Keep being told want bank details which they have had and refund will take 5/7 days. Very disappointed and feel that they are a fraudulent company
