Very good on line purchasing experience . I like the ability to contact PartSelect with any questions on order or concerns. Also PartSelect has very good return policy and warranty policy. The Briggs and Stratton motor was well packed and labeled when I got it. Only improvement recommended is making it easier to look up parts on your webb site.Overall very good experience with PartSelect !!!
They sent my parts with Purolator and it took over a week for them to arrive and then Purolator lied about attempting delivery, waited three days holding my package, and then just sent into a place no where near my house for pickup with no explanation. As long as this company uses Purolator to ship I won't be buying from them.
The part was slightly longer delivery than estimated. When the part arrived, it was exactly the part I ordered. However do to a lack of description, it did not come with the gasket. I do understand the gasket was shown as a different part number but nowhere did it mention it did or did not come with it. Other than that issue, I got exactly what I ordered
