My recent experience with PAYBACK vouchers has been unnecessarily complicated and frustrating.
I redeemed points for vouchers or bought them in their shop (including a Google Play voucher) because PAYBACK actively promotes these rewards and even incentivizes them with bonus points.
However, the process quickly turned into a chain of problems. The voucher redemption process itself is already complex, and when issues occur (for example when a voucher cannot be redeemed properly) the customer is left dealing with multiple systems and companies.
What makes this worse is the way customer contact is handled. PAYBACK sends emails from addresses like service@..., but if you reply to the email you receive an automatic response saying that replies cannot be processed and that you must instead log in and use a contact form. The contact form then allows only 400 letters... This makes communication unnecessarily difficult and fragmented.
If a company sends a message to a customer, basic customer service would suggest that replying to that message should be possible. Forcing customers into a specific contact form system adds friction exactly when support is needed. Cutting the input in 2026 seems absurd as well.
The overall impression is that vouchers are heavily promoted to customers but the systems behind them are complicated, and getting help when something goes wrong is harder than it should be.

I would have even given zero stars if i had been able to do so. First, the app removed my access rights by blocking my account for no reason whatsover inclding no failed password attempts. It just blocked my account out of the blue. After 5 attempts of password recovery and app re-installing, the problem solved. After that, I ordered 2 coupons with my points over years and years of accumulations. The app says that the ordered ONLINE coupons will be available next working day. As if it`s not strange enough to wait 1 workign day to have your ONLINE coupons to be sent to you, it does not even work like that. I finally reached the customer support center for this issue and the person on the call said that "yes its super annoying the app says that but it actually takes 3 to 4 days until you receive your ONLINE coupon.". Today is the day 5, and i receive an e-mail from Payback that says my ONLINE coupons are now ready. I checked and only saw that they are still not ready at all! The app has the absolutely the worst user access / login credentials system and absolutely the worst synchronization for coupon delivery / verification.
Redemption via voucher takes a minimum of one day, so a user collects points for the entire year but, when they have to redeem it, it takes one day, and when the user buy a voucher that comes within two hours. Why have double standards ? Combine with the unreliable tracking it comes to nothing.
Insider Scammer! Suddenly got email that somebody changed email. Worst way to communicate with customer service. Called the customer service and waited about 20 minutes to get an answer. And as expected, all points are used! I can see that other users have the same problem. This must be from inside the company. No steps were taken to find the scammer. The person from payback did reset my password through email, but the link didn't work. Waste of time and effort for this scammer organization. Go away scammers!
This is SCAM company which pretends to recover your scammed founds via letters....simple letters to financial institutions, like Binance for example that will reply you that you have been scammed once again and that they will not initiate any investigation without a law enforcement.However, PAYBACK scam company will keep telling you that the only way to recover your money it is to send letters over letters until when the financial institution will not collaborate. After that, you will receive a conclusion letter from their side, telling you that due to the lack of collaboration by the financial institutions they are obliged to terminate the contract agreement.SCAMMERS
No feedback from Payback Ltd in replying on the reinstate of job.By looking at the comments it seem that they are incapable in handling things as per promised. The only way will be finding way out by indicate the case took too long and the other side is not co-operative in replying. By the way, not sure who are the person started with the letter indicate on "close case" so the entire Payback Ltd will send out the letter to upsad all the victims.
