GE Dishwasher Lower Rack

My lower rack in my GE dishwasher was rusted. I didn't realize I could replace it! I ordered a new one from EasyApplianceParts and it came quickly, was reasonably priced and fit in perfectly! My 11 year old dishwasher is like new again!

The box showed up empty

The box showed up empty. I sent a E mail and opened up an investigation with Fed Ex and all I have heard is crickets. It looks like the box was thrown into a truck and the part broke through the bottom.

I ordered a range element in October…

I ordered a range element in October and Partsect sent me a incorrect item (very small) return the item, they then me the same again.They said that the warehouse was the problem, then I called after two weeks, they said the was unavailable. I will not purchase anything from theses incompetence people.
