Review Time
Took my 3 boys yesterday and we had a blast, arrived half an hour after it opened and we stayed all day! Every ride had really reasonable wait times, only one ride was having maintenance done! Was such a good day we are looking at booking another date! Site was clean and staff were super friendly!
On arrival my son was given a birthday badge when he excitedly told them it was his birthday, which instantly impressed us all and then throughout the day staff at Peppa Pig World repeatedly wished him a happy birthday. Every member of staff we spoke to were extremely helpful and willing to assist and always obliging to take family photos despite the official photos in place too. The wait times were managed well and even the sign for a 40 minute wait didn't take 40mins. I liked the fact that during busy periods on some rides a lone adult cannot ride (George's dinosaur ride) which kept the wait time down too. Great touch!We took a packed lunch to avoid paying out more on the day which worked for us in keeping the costs down and had an ice cream on the way out in the coffee shop by the car park. (We were so glad there were toilets instantly by the entrance before queuing to get in, perfect after a long car journey to get there, even though the queues were minimal at this point). Even at closing time you didn't feel like they were kicking you out, they finished the queue of people then closed the ride.The day was a great success for us and we managed to fit lots of rides in, including some rollercoasters for my eldest child. A great day out for a family with varying age groups for sure. We will definitely be returning as this will suit our family for a few more years to come but maybe we will stay a little closer on our next visit, as it was still a long day with a two hour drive for us to get there. Great job Paultons Park, exceptionally great customer experience and an enjoyable day was had by all. (4 year old & 8 year old children)
I’ve been to a few theme parks in my years and I could honestly say that paultons park is one of the most friendliest, cleanliness’s and very well organised I’ve ever seen. Yes the food prices are a little pricey as usual. But ride time were great, staff were very friendly. If you get a chance then it’s worth a visit
One of the best parks been to in a long time. Something for all ages to do ride wait times no longer then 20min and that was only in peppa pig world (which is fab).. park is clean and well maintained all over, staff all happy and friendly which was lovely to see. My kids had a fantastic day and didnt want to leave..
I pre-booked and obtained the queue assist pass prior to visiting the park due to having an autistic 5 year old son. My experience was profoundly disappointing, the queue assist pass only entitles you to go on a ride once, also between each ride there has to be a 30 minute wait time before the queue assist can be used again. Part of autism is a child not understanding a queuing system hence we obtained the pass but found we had to wait in the park as opposed to in a queue! Clearly whoever implemented these rules does not understand the difficulties an autistic child experiences. We did a 246 mile round trip, to go on 3 rides. Therefore collectively as a family decided it was too distressing for my son and left the park. I would certainly not recommend any family with an autistic child relying on the queue assist pass for an enjoyable day. Extremely disappointing, would not return.
Fantastic day at Paultons Park and the first time taking my 1 year old. We had a great day and time went so quickly we couldn’t fit everything in, but what we did do, we enjoyed. Very clean site and lots of places to eat with hardly any queues. We will be back again!
