I visited the store in Longacres, Bybrook, Ashford in Kent, and was served by a very pleasant and cheerful representative. She provided great advice on the best shoe types for someone with a high instep like mine. I can't fault the service she provided.
Moira greeted us warmly and provided outstanding service without any pressure. The excellent selection of footwear was well displayed, offering a variety of choices. We enjoyed browsing the clearance section and ended up purchasing one pair of shoes and two different styles of boots that were surprisingly discounted for Black Friday. Moira offered advice on weatherproofing spray and remained friendly and helpful to all customers despite being the only staff member on the floor.
I visited early in the morning seeking boots for my mum's funeral. Wyn was outstanding as always. He was helpful, friendly, and sympathetic, providing just the right amount of support. His service makes me want to return time and again. What a true gem he is. Thank you!
