Smooth Return Process for Shoes

I returned a pair of shoes to the local store (one shoe had a faulty zip - I had only worn them a few times after purchasing online). The return process was simple, and the money was quickly refunded to my account. I then purchased a new pair of shoes at the same location.

The return policy is very frustrating.

The return policy leaves much to be desired. They are quick to take your payment, but it can take two weeks just to start the refund process, and then you still have to wait for the funds to appear in your account. When you follow up via email, all you get is a generic reply. Other services handle refunds much more efficiently, making this lengthy process quite unacceptable. I will not choose this service again.

Found the ideal men's slippers at my local store!

I visited my local store and discovered the perfect men's slippers. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They were knowledgeable and a joy to interact with. There was a fantastic selection of shoes and footwear. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. Thank you so much!

Delivery Issues and Fit Concerns

Upon finally receiving the boots (thanks to a neighbor, as the delivery service was unhelpful), I was surprised to find they fit quite loosely. This was unexpected since I had purchased a similar pair a few years back that fit perfectly. Interestingly, both pairs are size 39.

Quality boots, but delivery issues

I'm pleased with the quality of my boots, no issues on that front. However, I paid for next day delivery, and they took 3 days to arrive. I reached out to the support team about this, but so far, I've only received an automated response. Customer service is very important to me.

Communication Issues but Satisfied with Purchase

After ordering my shoes online, I expected an email notification about their arrival in-store. I made the purchase on a Friday, and by Wednesday morning, I still hadn't received any email. I decided to call the support team, and they informed me that the shoes had been delivered on Monday, but I had no prior notification. Thankfully, I called, or I would still be waiting. In-store, I was told that the system was not functioning well. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase, and the representative I spoke to at the call center was extremely helpful. Thank you!

Communication Could Be Improved

It would have been helpful to know that my order was in process and that I would receive a notification. After waiting a few days, I went to the outlet, only to find that the order wasn't ready. I received a notification about 40 minutes later, but by then, I had already returned home. Overall, I felt the process was somewhat slow.

Quick delivery and easy return process.

The boots arrived promptly. I had to return a few since the wrong size was ordered. I was able to reach out to the delivery service and arranged for the return without any issues. The refund was credited to my bank account within a week.

Delivery Issues and Product Fit

I ordered a pair of boots on 19th November. When they didn't arrive, I checked the tracking, which indicated they had been dispatched to my local store on 25th November. By 5th December, I called the contact number and learned they had been in the store since 28th November, but I hadn't been informed. I visited the shop that day and found the boots there. The staff apologized, explaining that the covering employees failed to log their arrival. The boots were nice, but they didn't fit well due to my very thin feet, causing them to move around too much even with insoles. Unfortunately, I had to request a refund.

Initial Satisfaction Turned to Frustration

I was pleased at first when I was notified that my order was confirmed and then again that it was on its way to the shop for collection. The message indicated I would receive an email once it arrived and advised against going to collect it until I got that final confirmation. However, I never received the email and chose to visit the shop a week later, only to find my order had been there for 5 days! The shop assistant seemed unfazed, as if this was a common occurrence.
