I apologized to the assisting staff member, who was very helpful, but it was disheartening to see how the situation affected her. I believe the manageress should be addressed about her approach.
Great customer service from Lorraine at the Blackbrooks Pavers branch. I explained that l was going for an operation and what l needed. Lorraine spent at least half an hour with me, nothing was too much trouble. Lorraine listened to what l required and l knew what l wanted....!!!
