The service was commendable, although I had to wait a bit longer than expected for delivery since they needed to find the stock for my order. However, it was lovely to collect at my local store, which is part of a favorite garden center, just in time for the holidays, making it a pleasant outing. The slippers I received were in good condition and the wider fit was perfect for my needs, as my ankles tend to swell. They keep my feet warm and are comfortable. The lilac color wasn't as bright as shown in the picture, but that’s not a major issue since they are still quite nice.
The team was incredibly helpful when I inquired about a pair of boots in size 4 that weren't available on the shop floor. They promptly retrieved them and, upon learning I was also searching for a bag, presented one that complemented my needs.
I visited a store in the local garden center and found exactly what I was looking for at a fantastic price, plus an additional discount. The representative who assisted me was very pleasant and welcoming. The staff here are consistently lovely, and I would certainly recommend this place to anyone! I will definitely return!
I purchased shoes during a promotion some time ago, and while I was out, the sole completely broke. I wasn't sure if anything could be done since I was past the return date, but the staff members were incredibly helpful. Excellent products that offer high quality and good value for money. However, the delivery to the store could be improved, as the timeframe is not as quick as other places. On the positive side, the staff at the store are very accommodating and allow you to try items on, which helps avoid extra trips for returns if something doesn't fit. The team at the Malvern location is exceptionally friendly and provides excellent service, reflecting positively on the organization.
I purchased multiple pairs of boots online and had to return them to a local store at a garden center. Each visit to the store was met with friendly and helpful assistants who efficiently handled my refunds. The money was credited back to my bank account within a few days. Overall, a wonderful experience from beginning to end.
