Although it took a bit longer than I expected, I received regular updates throughout the process. Overall, the service was quite good.

Like many companies now, I was unsure how to return them since I can't use the 'Scan QR Code' option and had never seen Return Lockers before. I'm accustomed to a standard Returns Label that I can affix to the parcel and take to the post office. Fortunately, my daughter helped me navigate the return process. I called the support team directly and spoke with a wonderfully helpful representative who reordered a size 6 for me and arranged a refund for the original shoes. I can't recall her name, but she was incredibly supportive, and I truly appreciated her assistance. Thank you very much! P.S.: The new shoes fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable.
The representative who assisted me was quite impolite when I expressed my hesitation about waterproofing my boots. I mentioned I wasn't sure if it would work for me, and she responded with, 'Haven't you tried them on?' I explained that I needed to test them at home. She continued to advise me to be cautious since they are not leather and that I wouldn't find leather at this price.
These slippers are outstanding; they are the only ones that fit my mum's swollen feet perfectly. The Velcro fastening is safe and easy to use, and the quality and design are excellent. We have been buying these for several years and highly recommend them.
We recently attempted to exchange a Christmas gift from size 6 to size 5 at the store. You would think it would be straightforward, but we were informed we had to pay an additional £6, making the entire online purchase feel pointless. On top of that, we incurred an extra £8 in travel costs to return to the store. We felt completely powerless and had to leave without the item, even though it was available. This experience was a waste of time and money, and I cannot see myself using this service again; I will have to consider other brands. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
