Extremely Frustrating Experience with Delivery

I placed an order for boots on 13th January 2026, but have received no updates since. I spent a long time trying to reach someone today (16th January) and was informed that the package was with the carrier. After waiting for 4 hours and calling back due to no response, I was put on hold again, only to find out that the boots hadn't even left the warehouse! I requested a full refund. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Outstanding communication regarding my order.

The communication regarding my click and collect order was superb. When I visited the store, the staff member who assisted me was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. I returned one of my items after trying it on, and the refund was handled quickly, appearing online almost immediately. The shop in Skipton comes highly recommended.

Excellent communication and fantastic footwear. The extra wide options are perfect for me and very accommodating. Stunning designs... I haven't chosen any other brand in the past 6 years. I'm fortunate to have a store nearby for easy size exchanges. The sale prices are always amazing.

Exceptional service in delivering the right item.

The team goes above and beyond to ensure the right product is delivered. My trainers in a size 2 were difficult to find, but they successfully sourced them for my small feet. I would highly recommend this service to anyone in search of comfortable shoes, slippers, and trainers.

Placed an online order for two pairs of shoes, one was sourced from a different location

I ordered two pairs of shoes online; one wasn't available at the warehouse but was obtained from another shop. There was great communication regarding the delivery, and I only had to pay one delivery fee. The selection was extensive, and considering the price of my shoes, I am very pleased with the quality.

Package damaged during delivery, no response from support

I used the service to send a package, but it was damaged and couldn't be delivered. I sent multiple emails but received no replies. Update: I appreciate the response, but I would now like a full refund.

Delivery Took Longer Than Expected

It took 10 days for the item to arrive at the store. I understand that the New Year and possibly bad weather may have contributed to the delay. The store pickup process was smooth, but when I got home, I found a size 5 instead of the size 6 that was indicated on the invoice. I've placed a reorder, but now I need to return the incorrect size to the store, which is quite disappointing this time.

Disappointed with the recent experience.

I usually don't encounter problems with the service, but I feel let down this time. I placed an order on December 26th for two pairs of sandals. On December 30th, I received an email indicating that one pair was ready for collection, but I couldn't make it to the shop at that moment. On January 6th, I got another email saying both pairs were ready, but when I arrived, only one box was available. This box came from another location, but unfortunately, it contained the wrong sandals, so I'm still waiting for my order. Additionally, the second pair was too large for my husband, and I've had to return them. I really like the shoes, and the staff at the location are wonderful. They've been very apologetic about the issues I've faced, but it's not their fault.
