I ordered a pc build. They told me a date of delivery. The day comes ,no pc , and their answer is... the date was an estimate not the real one. Another day passes still no pc. Their answer, the delivery will be when they finish... really?
They are not serious. Do not trust them.

I recently bought a new mobile phone, from this company, sale went well item arrived everything was ok. I only used the phone for a couple of days, as I just didn't get on with it, for several reasons mainly a personal thing, but also the phone lacked certain functionality, that I required.So I decided to return the phone, I requested a return via email and was given clear instructions on how to execute the return. After dropping the phone off at an inpost pick up point, I waited for notification of the phone having been received back. I checked the status of my return a couple of days later, and I was very pleased to find that the phone had reached the company, and my money had already been refunded. I cannot rate this experience highly enough, they're very easy to deal with, and I would not hesitate to use this company again.
I am very disappointed with my experience.On March 23, 2026, I placed an order (nº 6002026984546) through PcComponentes Portugal, which included a promotional bundle with a digital code for Resident Evil Requiem.More than 3 days have passed since the purchase, and I still have not received the code. It is neither available via email nor in my customer account under digital products.I contacted customer support, but the only response I received was that the case is “under review”, with no clear explanation or estimated resolution time.This is a simple digital code that should normally be delivered immediately, so this delay is completely unjustified.This situation represents a failure to fulfill the conditions of the promotional campaign associated with the purchase.I expect a prompt resolution and the immediate delivery of the missing code.--------------Update:The issue has now been resolved and the code was finally delivered.However, this only happened after multiple contacts and the need to escalate the situation through several channels, which is disappointing.Considering this was a simple digital code included in a promotional bundle, the delay and complexity involved were unnecessary.
I just wanted to buy a TV on credit. I went through the whole process and paid a €240 down payment, but then I was rejected. They sent me an email saying the money would be refunded within 7 days. It’s been a month, and I still haven’t received anything. When I messaged them, they told me to call a number, but no one answers. So be careful when buying anything from these scammers.I suggest that everyone who has suffered at the hands of these scammers file a lawsuit against them. I have a family lawyer and will consult with him to make sure they are held accountable for their dirty work.
I ordered a graphic card that was sold with a code for a game. I received the graphic card, but not the code for the game. Contacted their customer support 3 times in a two-weeks window, and never got any answer, except from automatic ones. I am still waiting for my game code.
