Awful delivery service, not transparent about delivery times, does not communicate to their third party retailers about products sold on their site so you have to separately provide delivery details and information, damaged products, and concurrent delivery cancellations of which they do not notify you by email or mobile (only through their web messaging feature)
I am absolutely shocked and furious…I am absolutely shocked and furious about my experience with this retailer. I ordered an Asus ROG Ally X (24GB / 1TB SSD) and paid around €850 — only to receive a completely EMPTY package. Yes, empty.I immediately contacted customer support multiple times, sent emails, and requested help — and was simply ignored. No explanation, no assistance, no accountability. This is beyond unacceptable. It feels like I’ve been completely scammed.Paying such a large amount of money and receiving nothing, then being treated like I don’t exist as a customer, is outrageous. This is not just bad service — this is a serious issue.If I continue to be ignored, I will have no choice but to take legal action against this company. Situations like this cannot and will not be tolerated.I strongly warn others to be extremely cautious when ordering from this retailer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them at all.
Got a problem with my monitor (lots of dead pixels) and wanted to return it. Customer service was slow and not really helpful, most of the time just ignoring me (will i get my money back?)At the end my monitor was returned and got my money back. Everything ends nicely but was not really smooth.
Got the package, got it broken. Got a replacement, broken as well. Got a full refund after that because we agreed the delivery agency was not able to deliver the package in-tact.The customer care was exceptional, it just took a while because we had to wait for the package to arrive, and be checked.They even did a couple of things to speed up the process of having the second package as soon as possible without me asking for it, it took 2 months and a half from the first order to the end, but we tried everything together. May I just suggest to not allow the order of TVs over a certain size if not at least on the same country?
Had a poor experience with Amazon recently so looked elsewhere for a PC and Monitor. I came across PcComponentes.PT and placed orders. Deliveries were fast and order process very straightforward. I’ve been very impressed and would definitely use them again.

Ordered a lot of equipment from them, but don't have a single item yet. My card was refused, not a problem, I used bank tranfer and paid the same day as the order. The payment cleared on their account the same day too (confirmed by my bank who has even done a payment trace).This was 5 days ago, I started asking if they see it or not and can mark my order as paid 4 days ago, some days 2 times. They always say that will get back to me as it has to go to another department, but they don't. It's getting to silly levels now.Every time same question, have you put your invoice number with the payment? Yes.In could give them more time but I was counting on the delivery dates they promised in the order. As they state they could cancel your order if in unpaid status for 4 days I asked Marcel H on WhatsApp support if he could guarantee that they wouldn't, as this is not my fault. The answer was no.The site is great for what they have available but if you don't need them, stay away. Customer support is dreadful.
Have you also been scammed by PcComponents in January 2026? Time we hit them back. I'm suing them for this treatment. I've experienced the same as 3000+ others report: they keep both product and money, and they feed you a massively contradicting list of lies forever when trying to fix it as one does with professional companies ran legally.Let's sue them as a class action. That will get them GONE.
I ordered a laptop on pccomponents because website promised NEXT-DAY DELIVERY. It was crusial for me because it's my working laptop and I don't get paid when I don't have it.I ordered a laptop 19th of January... And right after I placed order I got a confirmation email saying that my delivery is going to be 22nd of January, not tomorrow. So we already started our story with a lie of next-day delivery, but it was only the begining of a nightmare...22nd of January I didn't get my laptop, I got an e-mail saying that my delivery status is INCIDENT and the reason for that is "not arrived at the agency". I don't have a delivery date since then. I tried chatting via website and via whatsapp (99% of the time it's just robots asking for my order number and postal code in circles), no help, only chatbot assuring me that there is a ticket for my problem and someone is on it.Yesterday 23th of January I called. They once again assured me that they are working on my problem, but delivery status didn't change. It's still INCIDENT and I still don't have a clear delivery date.It's a nightmare, this laptop is for my work, I cannot work and keep bleeding money. On Monday morning I am flying abroad for work. If I don't have a laptop by then I loose a week of work!!! I still hope for the miracle because I can't belive it is going to cost me my job. I trusted you guys and you let me down so bad, that's not good enough.
Buyers BEWARE! The customer service is really bad, no, it's beyond bad, it's dreadful, the worst I've ever seen. I received my ps5 but was not the right model and opened a return case. Nobody showed up to pick up the parcel and nobody replied to the case or to my messages until I've opened a case on PayPal.Then I've got some odd replies / questions which made me think those were either automated replies (with placeholder names as disguise) or their operators are just dumb. Why? They've asked me to confirm that their courier showed up at my door and I DENIED. They ignored my reply and after just 3 days replied that the parcel was picked up and they would reach out after receiving it and inspecting it. Too bad the parcel is still here in my home and nobody came to pick it up.It seems almost a scam... luckily I paid with PayPal otherwise I'd be screwed.
