I ordered my products, and unfortunately between purchase and delivery, we unexpectedly had to say goodbye to our beautiful golden retriever 😢 When I mentioned a return to Pelsbarn, they responded immediately with heartfelt words.They refunded the purchase and said that I could donate the products to a shelter in need. Which I did. It’s the small things that make a difference between a company, and a company with a heart. I can’t vouch for the products (maybe one day soon), but the company left a great impression.
We have two amazing Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Sophie 8 years old & Baxter 5 years old. We are blessed to spend 6 months in Cape Cod during spring/summer months & FL in fall/winter months which are all warm months. Car trips no matter how cold you keep the a/c can be tough. After reading about Pelsbarn & the wonderful reviews, I took the plunge and bought mats & beds! Our pups are loving them! Sophie our 8 year old has abandoned her old bed completely. Both of them are now enjoying spending time on the deck & patio with us for the first time! Usually they end up going inside to be in the a/c. Craftsmanship & material is exquisite! The team & owner are amazing, kind, loving individuals & provide a great product. An added bonus, part of your purchase goes towards helping less fortunate pups! It’s a win/win for all! Lastly your pup(s) will love you helping them stay cool. I got the beige material, which is lovely! Karen
Ella now has the fluffy car bed, the cooling car bed, and cooling mat! All are awesome! I live in Arizona so the car cooling bed gets warm, but after the AC is on for a bit, it's nice and cool. Hard to work with the blazing summer temps! My baby and myself are quite happy with my purchases 😀
Received my 2 XL cooling blankets and right away my 6 littles started using them. One in living room several share, the one on the corner of bed 2 share, one has seizures when hot or stressed. She slept so hard making no gasping sounds through night. So then I could sleep soundly. Not only are they improving my babies lives but mine as well. Thank you Pelsbarn THANK YOU!
