This service was very disappointing. I ordered a bed, but what I received was a damaged blanket in a bag. It was worn and lacked sufficient stuffing. There was definitely no cooling effect as advertised. I had to file a complaint before I got a response. While they did send a replacement at no cost, it was even worse than the first. The fabric was intact, but it was just a flat piece of material. Avoid wasting your money.
I made an error with my order and quickly emailed the company to clarify my intentions. They responded right away, addressed my issue, and corrected my order. They asked me questions until I was completely satisfied. I've never experienced such prompt and effective communication online. Kudos to the team for their competence!
