I ordered a Dog Harness and I was really amazed by the quality of the product. The feel and make are really premium. My little doggy always smiles whenever he wears it because the material is really soft and comfortable. I have used several leash and harnesses and he always tries to escape from it, but this time he loves having it on. Will try their beds next.
Ordered a car seat for my dog and was very pleased! Store managers were always in touch and kindly answered my questions. I was worried that the car seat would have managed to reach the beginning of our journey, and thanks to good service, the order arrived on time! The car seat is good, our dog didn't want to get out of it!! I will order more!
My dog used to be so nervous for car rides when we had him in his dog cage and I've noticed such a difference in him after we got him the car bed from Pelsbarn, it's been amazing! He used to howl quite a bit, but now he's mostly quiet. Totally recommend!
After purchasing I also dealt with the slow and very long delivery & frustration with the poor tracking I could do , I was concerned due to we purchased for a Road trip, They did respond to all My emails/questions .. That being said, The product is Absolutely Wonderful! My Lab loves It , super soft and she can curl up or lay out with a head rest. The secure attachments are great as well. I would have given 5 stars if Hadnt had to deal with the Stress of arrival! Will be looking into their other products since so impressed with this bed.
I cant rate the item since it’s been almost a month and we havent' recieved it. We purchased this for an upcoming road trip, which we will now have to find something else for. Purchased 6/7 no tracking til 6/14, apparently its coming from China, which pisses me off since the site leads you to believe its here in the US. no tracking updates since 6/23. today is 6/30.Customer service only response, Thanks! its on the way????. Not worth the aggrivation. As of 7/7, if it’s not at least in the US, we will be contacting the credit card company to dispute the charge.Update: I have received my order. They did reshoot the order on July 4th , I guess in case the original didn’t make it, I guess.Anyway, the item is exactly as pictured, very soft and fluffy. Not much structure to it. I was hoping it was a little more firm to hold the pup in, as it were, but it is definitely soft and fluffy and very nice looking in the car. We haven’t used it much yet, as we just returned from vacay and it was here. I appreciate the company reaching out.
I had installed my Pelsbarn for our senior dog, Max, who has become less tolerant of car rides as he aged. He always needs a pillow but it just wasn’t cutting it anymore. Enter the Pelsbarn. I purchased on impulse hoping it would make his backseat rides more comfortable and enjoyable. The test: I opened the car door, invited him in, and after a quick sniff he jumped RIGHT in! I knew it was the right purchase and we’re thrilled he likes it. Thank you! He’s a one happy guy and a happy customer.
This company is pretty ridiculous. I ordered a pet seat which promised a delivery date before my trip I was taking. About 3 hours after I order the product I get an email about a shipping delay (really 3 hours after the order). This felt like they had lied to me intentionally and I needed the bed for my trip so I emailed them to just cancel the order. Then they email me back 2 days later to say they can’t cancel the order because it’s already been shipped - even though the tracking number shows it had not even been processed. After all of that I decide I’ll just return it - just to be told “we don’t accept returns” Wow what a shady company!
We used our Pelsbarn dog seat for our trip north this past week, three days in the car. Our dog Rosie loved the seat! She loved it so much that we are using it as a dog bed now that we are home. It’s a great product, we are very happy!
Awful company and false advertising! Says 100% satisfaction guaranteed with easy returns! They do nothing but lie! The beds are way smaller than advertised, when I contacted them they asked for measurements and when sent they said that is the right size. When I ordered there was only one size (there was not an option) and the Ad showed a Labrador Retriever and a Yorkie would barely fit in what I received. They refused to let me return claiming it was on sale and can’t be returned, does not say that on their guarantee on the website. Then I did a chargeback with my credit card company and they lied to them saying they let me return it and I never did. I’m out $118 and still have two of their useless car beds. Do not order! Save your money they are thieves!!!!!Update. Only after this review was posted did I receive customer service. I have received my funds back and have donated the beds to the local animal shelter. This is a step in the right direction from Pelsbarn, however I would have gladly returned the best 3 months ago for a refund. It shouldn't have been this hard.
