Review Time
I ordered the dog bed for the car on May 7th. It didn't leave there until May 17. It arrived in Toronto on May 23rd. It is now June 4th and I still don't have it. Nobody answers my emails so I am starting to think that this is a scam. Now I will have to go through my credit card to try to get a refund. I really wanted this bed for my dog who is going to have surgery next week. In 3 days it will be a month since I ordered it and paid for it.
I would definitely stay away from this company. The products are overpriced and aren’t that good. Tried to purchase a cooling bed, but there was a glitch in the system because apparently pills barn is also associated with another company called the happy group. And somehow my order fell in between the two companies and so my money was taken, but the order wasn’t processed and I received no product. Then I ordered a different product, a cooling mat, which did process correctly and was delivered. But for what I paid for it it’s nothing but cool fabric that once your dog lays on it just warms up from their body temperature, it doesn’t stay cool the whole time. The company would not refund my money from the order that didn’t go through. Stay away from this company, not worth it.
I bought the Pelsbarn cooling bed for my little Havanese. She loves it, and my neighbor saw it and wanted two, because she gets to take her fur baby to work. so one for home and one for work. they are really great. Try them
Items were nothing like pictured. Horrible cheap Quality. They claim to stand behind there items with a no questions asked returns policy. The Company did not respond to 3 emails sent for RMA and to return product. Deliberately did not respond to try and have the 14 day return policy lapse so they did not have to refund. Beware and do NOT buy from them. Your reply is just more lies. I have tried 4 times to email and you still have not responded. What is the address to send the return and RMA?
Great product. I have purchased several dog car seats in the past. None lasted past the first use.Yours are attractive and well made.I really like that they can be secured snugly to the seat.Also, the seat belt that comes with it hooks well to the dog collar.I'm very pleased with it.
