Pelsbarn's customer service is great and the product itself (car bed) has helped my dog no longer feel queasy or actually get sick in the car. Now she relaxes and sleeps on most rides. She used to get sick on about half the rides prior to that.
Ordering was flawed. Charged immediately but item not shipped until I contact company. The dog bed looks very thick and plush in the promo but the one I received was very thin. I put a lawn chair mat under it for my dog to have more padding. Was going to return it but the return process is not easy or cheap.
Brilliant product, does what it says it does, my dog wasn’t interested at first but I persevered and got him to lay on it for long enough for it to start drawing the heat from his body, (about 30 seconds to a minute) now he goes straight to it when he gets too hot, wish I could get a human size one! Well worth the money.
