Review Time
I've been a customer for so long and I loved the taste quality, but it seems like it has recently gotten much worse. My last two pouches look different -the color is more swamp-like, less vibrant. I've asked about this on their instagram but no answer.
I have been purchasing Perfect Ted well over a year now and can honestly say it’s the best, I’m unable to drink tea or coffee as it gives me anxiety, during the day around 3pm I need a pick me up. Perfect Ted gives this to me without the anxiety or tremors which I always experienced when having caffeine. I’m in love with the mint matcha and the juicy peach drink. Ready to place my next order. 😊
I had issues with the delivery company - there was a mix up with my delivery and I did not receive my order. When I contacted PerfectTed they were quick to respond, chased up the delivery company for further details, and resent my order. I was kept updated throughout the process.
EDIT (update): Following Andre's reply I contacted him, with a certain degree of scepticism. However, I must say that Andre was excellent both in the communication and resolution. After this, I will still be a costumer as I feel happy with Andre and I enjoy the energy drinks.--Original review--(Un)PerfectTed is an awful company. I ordered the strawberry matcha latte with them which is advertised EVERYWHERE as creamy and smooth. My experience was full of viscous lumps which I found disgusting. I contact the costumer service and it was an even worse experience. My suggestions for resolution where largely ignored until I sent a “letter before claim”. The messages from Tania in customer services have been extremely patronising and frustrating. I asked for fairly reasonable compensation and this of course has been ignored. I cannot even put a complaint because they are too busy ignoring me to reply any of my emails. My favourite jumper is also ruined from the experience. I am not surprised to see so many negative comments. Whilst I was going to still consume their energy drinks, the idea of having to deal with Tania in the future again puts me off completely. So I’ll be looking for alternatives. PerfectTed has probably one of the worst costumer services around.
Absolutely horrible experience with them. Placed a very large order with them, 240 cans of drink to be exact. Received only half. Apparently 96 cans were damaged in transit. Tina from customer service acknowledged it, advised that they will send the rest out and not heard back from them since. Tina has been ignoring all my emails for weeks now. No money back, no update on order, no new order sent.Disgusting customer service, lucky there is a lot of similar drinks from competitors in the Uk market now, so will be going to them moving forward. Nothing but Thieves in this company.
Very disappointed with this organisation as they indicate orders will be despatched in 48 hours and they have a 5 star rating which is very far from the truth.Latest order took 3 weeks to deliver and they do not respond to e-mail. The packaging was also damaged as two cartons were packed in an over box which was far too large.Whilst we enjoy the Energy drink customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
I have bought their matcha before and it was fine for the price but my most recent purchase in Aug 2025 was definitely not the same. It appears as if they’ve swapped it to lower quality culinary grade matcha. I emailed the complaints team but it’s almost a month and no reply.
Signed me up to a subscription service without my approval, they also did the same to my wife. We both at separate times placed an order for 4-5 flavours and for some unknown reason it selected one of the flavours to be attached to a subscription. Also worth noting that the product is more expensive on their website than in most stores with a ridiculous delivery charge.My wife got her money back plus a hefty discount voucher and apology I shall wait and see.Great product, terrible service.
