I ordered for the first time and was very pleased. They have a huge variety of products from well-known brands for a very good price.
I received regular updates about the status of my order via email and the package arrived a few days later at the pick-up point.
I will certainly order again from Perfume's Club.

A heaven for hard to find perfumes…

Top range of products you don’t often find elsewhere, and this at a fair price.Small downside is that it may take a little bit longer for the order to arrive.I will keep on selecting and buying special perfumes here.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience – extremely disappointed.I truly regret ordering from Perfume Club.From the beginning, communication was terrible. They replied very late, and many times they did not reply at all. I waited for days without any answer, and when I followed up, I was simply ignored with no updates or explanations.When my order finally arrived at the pick-up point, the parcel was incomplete (missing products). I immediately contacted them, sent photos, and even filled in the official claim form they asked for with all required information.Despite all this: • The first order that was returned to them was never refunded. • The missing items from the second order were never resolved. • They kept asking for more and more “proof” instead of actually solving the problem.No solution, no responsibility, no proper customer service.This is by far one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.I do not recommend Perfume Club at all and will never order from them again.
